Leaders Growth Mindset workshop in tropical Paradise

A trip to El Nido in Palawan, Philippines, a promised of breathtaking and unforgettable experience with its pristine beaches, stunning limestone karst formations, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life. 

Last October 10-13, our ABO leaders attended a growth mindset workshop that sharpened their abilities and strategic goals to lead their groups and grow their business further. Leaders with a growth mindset understand that their own development and the growth of their teams are ongoing processes. This mindset fosters a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and ultimately leading to greater success and fulfillment in their roles. 

Basked in the heat of the sun and sea breeze, our Leaders take part in a Team Building designed to improve the cohesiveness, collaboration, and performance of a group or team. The goal is to create a more effective and productive team by fostering better communication, trust, and problem-solving skills among its members.
